Where can I buy balloons in Los Angeles?

Los Angeles offers three options: bulk supply warehouses selling DIY supplies and helium fills, retail party stores with walk-in pickup, and design studios that deliver finished arrangements. Balloon Lagoon is a delivery studio at 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211, creating made-to-order bouquets and event décor delivered to your door. Call (310) 855-9500.

Do balloon stores offer same-day balloon delivery in Los Angeles?

Yes — same-day balloon delivery is widely available across LA, though feasibility depends on order timing, design complexity, and destination. At Balloon Lagoon, calling early in the day gives the best chance; simple bouquets are more workable same-day than large installations.

How much does balloon delivery cost in Los Angeles?

There is no flat rate. Pricing across LA varies with arrangement size, materials, design complexity, delivery distance, setup needs, and timing. Balloon Lagoon quotes every order individually — share your date, address, and palette for a specific number.

Can I pick up balloons instead of paying for delivery?

Balloon Lagoon operates as a delivery-first design studio from its Beverly Hills location at 345 S. Robertson Blvd. If you prefer to collect a pre-ordered arrangement, call (310) 855-9500 to discuss whether studio pickup can be arranged for your order.

How far in advance should I order balloons or balloon decor?

Bouquets and simple arrangements can often be handled on short notice or same-day, while garlands, arches, backdrop walls, and custom builds deserve several days of lead time. For holidays and peak weekends, pre-ordering early secures your date and delivery window.

Where can I get balloons filled with helium near me?

All Balloon Lagoon arrangements arrive fully inflated and styled — helium fill is built into the delivered product. If you need loose balloons filled or a helium tank rental for a DIY project, LA-area bulk supply suppliers such as LA Balloons in Glendale serve that need.

Q: How long do helium balloons last?

Industry guidance puts standard latex helium balloons at roughly 8–12 hours indoors, large professional latex at one to five days, and foil/mylar balloons at three to five days or more. Float-extending treatments, indoor storage, and avoiding heat all lengthen display life.

Balloon store vs. balloon studio: what LA shoppers are choosing between

The Los Angeles balloon market splits into two models. Warehouse suppliers — such as LA Balloons in Glendale, a bulk supply superstore open to the public — sell bulk latex and foil balloons, helium tank rentals, and DIY fills for decorators and party planners who want to build their own décor. Retail party stores like Balloon Celebrations in Santa Monica keep a walk-in storefront for grab-and-go purchases. Balloon Lagoon sits on the other end: a design-and-deliver studio where every arrangement is styled to order and brought to your door, so there is nothing to transport, inflate, or assemble yourself.

How same-day balloon delivery works in Beverly Hills

Same-day delivery is real in Los Angeles, but feasibility depends on three things: when you reach out, how complex the design is, and where it is going. The fastest path is to call (310) 855-9500 as early in the day as possible, share the delivery address, date, occasion, and color palette, and approve a quick quote. Simple bouquets and classic palettes are the most workable on short notice; large organic garlands, backdrop walls, and custom color-matching usually need design and prep time. Competitors in this SERP publish step-by-step rush-order guides with similar mechanics, which is exactly the clarity this section adds.

How far in advance should you order balloons or balloon décor?

Lead time depends on what you are ordering. Helium bouquets and number/letter arrangements can often be accommodated on short notice, while arches, columns, full installations, and branded or custom-matched pieces benefit from several days of design time. For weddings, corporate activations, and holiday weekends, booking further ahead gives more flexibility on palette and delivery windows. Balloon Lagoon's pre-order option lets you lock a date early; the same-day option covers genuine last-minute needs.

How long do helium balloons last — and how to care for them

Float time varies by material and size. Industry references report that standard latex helium balloons typically float around 8–12 hours indoors, larger professional-grade latex can last one to five days, and foil or mylar balloons commonly stay afloat for three to five days or longer. Float-extending treatments can stretch latex balloon life to multiple days. Heat, direct sun, and outdoor conditions shorten all of these windows, so keep arrangements indoors and cool until your event starts. Note that California law requires foil balloons to be weighted so they cannot drift into power lines.

What balloon delivery pricing depends on in Los Angeles

LA balloon pricing is not flat, and companies publishing 2026 price guides — including competitors in this SERP — all describe the same drivers: arrangement size and balloon count, material quality, design complexity, delivery distance and access, installation versus doorstep drop-off, and timing relative to the event date. Because every Balloon Lagoon order is custom, quotes are given per order rather than from a fixed menu; call (310) 855-9500 with your date, address, and vision for a direct answer.
